Kundalini Yoga is an effective technology for our time, as it develops the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health required to navigate the deep waters of the 21st century. Our access to information must be matched by discernment, intuition and focus. There are rapid changes and quickening of energy around us. To be able to meet these changes effectively, we need to develop grit and grace through the practice of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. You will learn to balance the glandular system, strengthen the immune system, calm the nervous system, and heighten your capacity for creative potential. You will also gain inner vitality to compensate for the adverse effects of stress so you can excel in life.

Also known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga is more a yogic lifestyle than a Yoga “style”. From the start, you are encouraged to have a daily home practice, early morning practice (Aquarian Sadhana), with various other practices such as fasting during “transitional time” (Spring & Fall), vegetarian lifestyle, boosting the immune system by drinking Yogi tea and golden milk, healing meditation during New & Full Moons, celebrating Summer & Winter Solstices.
